Vinay Agarwal brings over 35 years of innovation in smart lighting, building automation, and IoT-driven infrastructure. He is the Founder and Managing Director of i-Mesh Solutions — the company behind DesignWithDC.com, India's first and most experienced DC Infrastructure consultancy.

Vinay has been at the forefront of smart lighting and IoT since the term "IoT" was first coined. His earliest ventures included Smart Campus construction for an international World School in Delhi NCR, followed by an Indo-Swiss joint venture with Regent Lighting AG (Switzerland's 104-year heritage lighting brand) to bring European smart lighting technology to India at scale.

Through Intercraft IOT, Vinay led end-to-end IP-based building automation for one of India's largest mixed-use commercial complexes — 5.5 million sq ft, 20,000+ IoT sensors, and 60km of PoE Ethernet. Today, Vinay leads DesignWithDC across India, USA, Middle East, and Europe.
